Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.
How to start a return
Please email us at malexboard@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Processing
We need up to 5 business days to inspect your return once it arrives. After approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Depending on your location, we’ll suggest the most convenient return address.

If the item was damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at malexboard@gmail.com — we’ll fix the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including: custom-made or personalized items.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your current item, and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), you’ll receive an email update. If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
